Yomi Bello

I'm Yomi Bello, Founder and Principal Consultant of EnablingOrbit, and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with more than 15 years leading complex change across healthcare, government, education and transport.

Before founding EnablingOrbit, I worked inside regulation. Former Acting/Principal Compliance Officer in community housing regulation (2016–2022), with a portfolio of about 100 regulated providers. That experience shapes how EnablingOrbit approaches compliance: as a change in how people work, not just a set of documents.

I built EnablingOrbit because I kept seeing the same thing: organisations with real ambition, limited by their capacity to manage new obligations and the human side of change. EnablingOrbit offers two pathways, Compliance-as-a-Service and Change-as-a-Service, delivered directly by me.
